In 2020 I successfully navigated one of the most challenging years of a generation thanks to the Lifebook process. Feeling lost in the midst of a global pandemic, I paused to completely reimagine and reinvent my life. I replaced decades old obstacles with winning strategies and a deeper sense of fulfillment and purpose. I became strong in all categories of my life, not just one or two.
