An introduction to Lifebook's transformational lifestyle design system that empowers you to ENVISION, PLAN, and ACHIEVE your very best life (on your own terms). ‍ By the end of class, you'll have created a custom plan to level up your Health and Fitness like never before! Explore your health and fitness from a totally new perspective, as you define exactly what you want, why you want it, and what you need to do to get it. During the first category, you’ll get familiar with the way the Lifebook Program flows. Before our 1-on-1 session, you'll watch two videos and learn about the Lifebook framework, then apply that framework to a foundational life category, Health and Fitness. Then we'll meet 1-on-1 in a video call, we'll share insights, and you'll get new ideas about how to meet yourself where you are, address limiting beliefs, and create custom strategies to totally revamp your Health and Fitness. You'll receive support from me to overcome obstacles and get accountability to complete the exercises. Time Commitment: Course Videos 2.5 Hours Live Coaching Session: 1 Hour
